I work full time and so quick workouts suit me the best.

This DVD is excellent with different sessions for upper body toning, lower body and abs. Instructions are well designed and showed. Good for beginners and intermediate.

Love this dvd. have been doing it consistently for quite some time now.

Good way to start your exercise at home , if you are not an exercise fan.

definitely buy it.

I ordered this item to try and get back on a work out schedule. It was o.k. for the first few days, but then I felt like I was not wanting to use the video anymore.

5 Stars Great Programmable Workout
This versatile DVD will add variety to your workout routine! You can program your workout so you are toning just your upper body, just your lower body, or just your abs … or combine sections for a total body workout! I really like how there are different warm-ups and different cool-downs for the upper body, lower body, and abs sections. The instructor/student interaction added to the “fun factor” and the ocean scenery added to the overall enjoyment! Definitely worth the price!

4 Stars I lost 126 pounds!
When I weighed close to 300 pounds and decided it was time to lose weight, this is one of the first dvd’s that I bought. It was a great investment. There are six different sections. Three cardio (abs, lower body and upper body) and three toning sections (abs, lower and upper body). Though each section is only about 10-15 minutes, it gets the job done. You can choose which workouts you want, or there is a section where the workouts are broken up into a variety for each day of the week.

Now, I will say that this video is really for beginners. If you are beginning your weight loss journey or just want to get back into shape, I would definately suggest this dvd. I did this workout for the first 6 months of my “journey” and lost a lot of weight.

5 Stars Great for Beginners or Intermediates!
I think it’s an amazing workout(s) for the money! I’m basically a lazy, unmotivated person I hate to admit so I love the option of just clicking on whichever day of the week it is, Monday through Sunday, and they have portions of the approximately 90 minutes of workouts edited for that day which are 35 to 46 minutes each day. They also have time crunch workouts you can do if you have less time available. They even have a 3rd option where you can program in your own workout! I’m 41, but have been working out and consider myself in intermediate shape and still am challenged with these workouts. I think this workout would be great for most beginners or intermediates, but anybody advanced would not be challenged. It does have cardio, weights, toning, and stretching/cooldowns. The choreography is basic, which was a plus for me, I don’t like dancy and complicated moves which take a long time to learn, and I think guys would feel comfortable with this workout as well. I also like that this video tones all the body parts including calves and back which all videos do not seem to include.

If the creators of these videos ever read this, please consider making another video like this because I would love to buy it! Maybe they could do an Extreme Makeover Fitness Workout for Intermediate Level which would be great! This is my all time favorite workout tape! I also love the views of the beach on Hawaii!
